Affiliate Program

Effective Date: October 10, 2024

Welcome to the AI.SIDEKICK SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES or AI Sidekick’s Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). By signing up to be an affiliate of AI Sidekick, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating in the Affiliate Program.

  1. Eligibility.
    To participate in the AI SIDEKICK Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. AI Sidekick reserves the right to review and approve or deny any application for participation in the Affiliate Program. 

    • Beginner Plan (₱899/month): Affiliates will earn ₱300 per month for each customer who subscribes to this plan, for as long as the customer maintains their subscription, up to a maximum of 12 months.

    • Deluxe Plan (₱1,599/month): Affiliates will earn ₱600 per month for each customer who subscribes to this plan, for as long as the customer maintains their subscription, up to a maximum of 12 months.

    • Pro Plan (₱2,599/month): Affiliates will earn ₱1,000 per month for each customer who subscribes to this plan, for as long as the customer maintains their subscription, up to a maximum of 12 months.

  3. Commission Payouts.
    • Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis.
    • Cut off period for computing the commission will every 15th day of the month.
    • The releasing of the commission will take place every 20th day of the month. This means that what ever transaction made prior to the cut off date will be released on the 20th day of each month.
    • Commissions are earned for the first 12 consecutive months of a customer’s subscription. After the 12-month period, no further commissions will be paid for that customer, even if the customer continues their subscription beyond that time.
    • Payments will be made via [Insert Payment Method: e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.]. Affiliates must ensure that their payment details are accurate and up to date.
  4. Tracking and Attribution
    • Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral link for tracking purposes.
    • Commissions are credited only when customers subscribe through the affiliate’s unique referral link. AI Sidekick is not responsible for missed or lost commissions due to improper use of affiliate links.
  5. Affiliate Responsibilities

    As an affiliate of AI Sidekick, you agree to:

    • Act in good faith and uphold the reputation of AI Sidekick.
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting AI Sidekick’s services.
    • Not engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices that may damage the reputation of AI Sidekick.
  6. Prohibited Actions

    Affiliates are not allowed to:

    • Modify, create, or introduce new terms and conditions or any form of representation on behalf of AI Sidekick or its AI Sidekick Software Development Services.
    • Engage in any form of misrepresentation or provide false or misleading information to potential customers.
    • Use their own referral link to subscribe to services for personal gain (self-referral).
  7. Termination of Affiliate Relationship

    AI.SIDEKICK SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

    • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
    • Engagement in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
    • Failure to generate new subscriptions over an extended period of time.

    Upon termination, any outstanding commissions owed to the affiliate will be paid according to the standard payout schedule, provided that the terms of the program have not been violated.

     

  8. Commission Duration
    The affiliate partner will be eligible to earn commissions for up to 12 consecutive months for each customer that subscribes to any of the AISidekickPH.com plans. After 12 months of a customer’s subscription, the affiliate’s right to earn commissions for that specific customer will automatically end, even if the customer continues to subscribe beyond the 12-month period. 
  9. Intellectual Property
    Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI Sidekick name and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting subscriptions. Affiliates may not modify the content of any promotional material or use it for purposes other than those expressly authorized by AISidekickPH.com. 
  10. Limitation of Liability
    AI.SIDEKICK SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. 
  11. Modifications to the Program
    AI Sidekick reserves the right to modify or update these Affiliate Program Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. 
  12. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.
